CORPORATE EVENTS

Following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee of July 22, 2024, the shares of the companies "KRE.KA S.A." (GRS224003004), "LIVANIS PUBLICATIONS S.A." (GRS446003014) and "VARVARESSOS S.A. EUROPEAN SPINNING MILLS" (GRS344003009) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 1031/30.08.2024, the shares of the company "ENTERSOFT S.A. SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT & RELATED SERVICES CO." (GRS503003014) are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
