EFG Eurobank Ergasias and Shell signed an agreement to install and run the Bank's Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) at selected Shell service stations throughout Greece.The two companies aim to provide consumers with a better service, which will include a comprehensive range of services covering a wide range of consumers' daily needs.Relevant studies have shown that in Europe today consumers' preferred places for cash withdrawal are, in order of preference, the workplace, big shopping centres, and motor-car service stations. In Greece today this last category remains unexploited, and it is this gap that the aforementioned collaboration aims to fill. Through the ATMs, the consumer will be able to conduct the whole range of transactions offered by the EFG Eurobank Ergasias ATM network. At the same time, the customer, besides refueling, oiling and washing his car, will have access to a wide range of consumer products from Shell's Select shops.
