New interest rates from Alpha Bank

Alpha Bank, reflecting the preference of its clients for fixed housing loan interest rates and in order to protect them from the market's fluctuations, reduces its 3 and 5 year fixed interest rates to 6.10% and 6.30% respectively. The new floating rate is set at 5.60%. Details of the interest rates for housing and consumer loans, valid as from Monday October 14, 2002 are as follows:

Α. HOUSING LOANS (*)

1. Alpha Housing Loans
- with a fixed interest rate for the first year 3.90%
- with fluctuating interest rate from 5.25% to 5.60%
- with a fixed interest rate for three years from 6.50% to 6.10%
- with a fixed interest rate for five years from 6.50% to 6.30%
- with a fixed interest rate for ten years 6.75%
- with a fixed interest rate for fifteen years 6.75%

2. Alpha Repair Housing Loans with mortgage prenotation
- with fluctuating interest rate from 7.25% to 7.60%
- with a fixed interest rate for three years from 8.50% to 8.10%
- with a fixed interest rate for five years from 8.50% to 8.30%
- with a fixed interest rate for ten years 8.75%

Alpha Repair Housing Loans without mortgage prenotation
- with fluctuating interest rate from 8.75% to 9.10%
- with a fixed interest rate for three years from 10.00% to 9.60%
- with a fixed interest rate for five years from 10.00% to 9.80%
- with a fixed interest rate for ten years 10.25%

Β. CONSUMER LOANS (*)

- Alpha 702 (personal loan) from 10.50% to 11.50%

- Loans for the payment of fiscal and insurance obligations
- partially or not guaranteed A' class collateral from 10.50% to 11.50%
