METLEN Energy & Metals S.A. (the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces on the basis of the relevant notification received that on 05.09.2024, MELVET INVESTMENTS LTD, that is controlled by the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of the Company, Mr. Evangelos Mytilineos, bought 25,000 common registered shares issued by the Company, with a total value of Euro 858,000.00.
