Alpha Asset Management A.E.D.A.K. announces the amendment of ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex 20 DOMESTIC EQUITIES FUND regulation (HCMC Rule 789/13.12.2007 Gov. Gaz. 2474/Β/31.12.07), as it has been approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, according to its Rule No. 161/14.11.2012.

The name changes to «ALPHA ETF FTSE Athex Large Cap EQUITIES FUND» (article 2), because of the renaming of its benchmark, from «FTSE/ATHEX 20» to «FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap» and the expansion of its constituents (article 2^α).

Furthermore, the amendment concerns the updating of the articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 to align them with the regulatory framework in force.

The new OASIS codes are:
