The company BETA SECURITIES S.A. informs the investing public that, according to the relevant decision of the ATHEX Board of Directors on 29 November 2005, acquired a licence in order to exercise market making on the share of SIDENOR S.A. Specifically, as of the trading session of the ATHEX on 1 December 2005 and henceforth , it will begin exercising market making on the common listed shares of the aforesaid company, in order to enhance the liquidity of these shares.

In addition, BETA SECURITIES S.A., has signed a market making agreement with the company SIDENOR S.A., with the basic terms and conditions:
1. BETA SECURITIES S.A. will dispatch to the trading system of the Athens Exchange market making orders (i.e. simultaneous quotes) for its own account on the shares of the company SIDENOR S.A..
2. The market making agreement with the aforementioned company will be valid for one year.
