Listing new shares of ATTICA BANK & Change of par value of the shares of GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ

The Athens Stock Exchange announces that the following corporate actions will take place:

Wednesday, December 4^th, 2024

• Commencement of trading of 1,257,995,354 new ordinary shares of "ATTICA BANK S.A." (ISIN: GRS001003052), as a result of the share capital increase, through the exercise of the Warrants. 

Monday, December 9^th, 2024

• Commencement of trading for the shares of "GALAXY COSMOS MEZZ PLC" (ISIN: CY0200252118) with new par value of €0.0736 per share and for the ex-rights for the entitlement to the capital return of €0.09 per share, as part of the decrease in the par value of the shares of the company's shares. The record date for the aforementioned corporate action is Tuesday, December 10^th, 2024.
