CORPORATE EVENTS

The 410,00 new (CR) shares of the company "ILYDA S.A." (GRS475003018) start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by executives of the company, at an issue price of €0.45 per share. On June 28, 2024, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 9,046,132 (CR) shares.    

The trading of the right (DOPPLERR - GRX502003007) of the company "DOPPLER S.A." ceases following the recent share capital increase carried out in the form of a rights issue. The expiration date of the pre-emption right's subscription period is set on July 2, 2024.

CASH DISTRIBUTION

Τhe shares of the company "PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES IT SOLUTIONS S.A." (GRS505003004) are traded on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.05263 per share, which is subjected to the tax pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: € 0,0499985 per share).
