According to the provisions of article 4 par. 1 of the decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we announce the resignation of Mr. Ioannis Kavalieratos from the post of Vice-President of the companies ELITE Bread Industry S.A. and N.VOSSINAKIS S.A. His duties are taken up by Mr. Constantinos Doukas, who is also General Manager of the said companies and up to now held the post of Member in their Boards of Directors.

The post of Mr. Doukas as Member will be filled by Mr. George Grandas in ELITE Bread Industry S.A. and by Mr. Vassilis Birbilis in N.VOSSINAKIS S.A.
