1. According to the final results for the third quarter of 2005 under IFRS implementation, BETANET S.A. reports increased financial results on both company and consolidated levels, with respect to the third quarter of 2004. More specifically:
The parent company's turnover rose to Euro 10,48 mil. against Euro 9,04 mil. in the respective period of 2004 showing a 15,93 % increase. The respective consolidated turnover rose to Euro 17,47 mil. against a turnover of Euro 16,46 mil. increased by 6,14%.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortizations (EBITDA) for the parent company rose to Euro 3,22 mil. against Euro 3,05 mil. in the respective period of 2004 showing a 5,58% increase while the respective consolidated EBITDA rose to Euro 4,71mil. against Euro 4,16 mil. increased by 13,22%.
Earnings before taxes for the parent company rose to Euro 1,94 mil. against Euro 1,79 mil, increased by 8,38% while the respective consolidated earnings before taxes reached the amount of Euro 2,64 mil. against Euro 2,51 mil. increased by 5,18%.
Likewise after tax earnings for the parent company rose to Euro 1,57 mil. against Euro 1,49 mil, increased by 5,37%, while consolidated after tax earnings increased by 10,42% approximately reaching the amount of Euro 2,12 mil. against 1,92 mil. with respect to the third quarter of 2004.

2. "BETANET S.A", in accordance with the article 10 of L.3340/2005, announces that the company has signed agreement for the following new private project:
"Construction of the bearing structure for the Asgouros Shopping Center" in the island of Rhodes, Greece.The project includes the construction of the building's bearing structure of total surface of approximately 5.000 m2, by using BETANET S.A.' s prefabricated high strength concrete elements. The project has a budget of Euro 1,55 mil. plus VAT and a contractual time of, approximately, five (5) months.
Considering the above project, the remaining backlog for the Group exceeds Euro 40 mil.
3. During the Awards Gala Dinner, held by "EUROPE'S 500 - ENTREPREUEURS FOR GROWTH ORGANIZATION" in Barcelona, on 18-20 November 2005, BETANET S.A.' s representative received on behalf of the company, the award for ranking well inside Europe?s top 500 list of fastest growing companies (236th place for the year 2005), according to the October 14th 2005 published ranking list.
