Performance Technologies S.A., in the context of valid information for the investing public, announces that as part of the implementation of the Company's own share distribution program, the free transfer of 43,000 own shares held by the Company to its CEO, Dionisios Chintzidis, took place on 23/7/2024 according to the 11/6/2024 decision of the Regular General Meeting and the 16/7/2024 decision of the Company's Board of Directors.

The above decision reduces the Company's own shares by 43,000, bringing the total to 21,683, that is 0.16% of the capital of the Company's 13,968,683 ordinary registered shares, as formed after the increase of the share capital decided by the Ordinary General Meeting of 11/6/2024.
