GEK TERNA: Signature of the delivery and acceptance protocol of Kavala Port

GEK TERNA S.A. announces that as a shareholder and member of the sub-concession company "Sarisa Sub-Concession of Kavala Port Philippos B S.A.", holding a percentage of 35% of its share capital, signed today the agreement marking the commencement of the sub-concession for the development of “Philippos II” terminal of Kavala Port Authority S.A.  The investor undertakes for 40 years the right to use, operate, maintain and operate a multi-purpose terminal in the port of Kavala.
