The company listed on the Athens Stock Exchange under the name “LOULIS FOOD INGREDIENTS S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer”) announces to the investing public that the Athens Stock Exchange, by its decision dated 27/11/2024, approved the acquisition of the shares of the Issuer by the member of the Athens Stock Exchange “OPTIMA Bank S.A.” by the status of Special Negotiator, to enhance their liquidity and set the date for the start of Special Negotiation on Monday, December 2, 2024.

The Issuer has entered into a Special Negotiation agreement with “OPTIMA Bank S.A.” based on the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
