Appointment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Hellenic Bank

“Eurobank Ergasias Services and Holdings S.A.” (“Eurobank Holdings”) informs the investing community that, following the approvals granted by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders and the Board of Directors of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (Hellenic or Bank) on 18 September 2024, Mr. Michalis Louis assumes the duties of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hellenic, a new subsidiary of the Eurobank Holdings Group of companies.

In addition to his new role as CEO of Hellenic, Mr. Michalis Louis will continue to serve as a member of the Executive Board of Eurobank Holdings' subsidiary “Eurobank S.A.” (“Eurobank” or “Bank”). It is reminded that the Executive Board of Eurobank is tasked with executing the Group's strategy, as it is planned by the Bank's Strategic Planning Committee and approved by the Boards of Directors of Eurobank Holdings and Eurobank.
