The company “Loulis Food Ingredients AE” (G.E.M.I. No.: 50675444000), in accordance with L. 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, informs the investing public that:

a) Mr. Nikolaos Loulis, son of Konstantinou, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company (obligated person pursuant to article 19 of Regulation 596/2014), notified the company that on 23/01/2025 he made an over-the-counter transfer by donation agreement of 70,000 common shares with voting rights of the company, to his wife, Sakellariou Loulis Despina of Michael at a price of 3.07 euros/share.

b) Ms. Sakellariou Loulis Despina, son of Michael (a person closely associated with a person exercising managerial duties) notified the company that on 23/01/2025 she acquired, by way of a donor, an over-the-counter transfer from her husband Loulis Nikolaos, son of Konstantinos, 70,000 common shares with voting rights of the company at a price of 3.07 euros/share.
