The company under the name "PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A.” and the distinctive title "NAKAS MUSIC" (GEMI no.: 327701000), informs the investing public that, in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014, Mr. Stylianos D. Vassilakis, non-executive member of the company's Board of Directors (liable person based on Article 19 of Regulation 596/2014), notified the company that on 26/06/2024 he sold 6.400 of the company's common shares, to Mr. Konstantinos Ph. Nakas and Georgios Ph. Nakas, who received 3.200 shares each.
