Tax Certificate for the fiscal year 2023

The Societe Anonyme "AS COMMERCIAL- INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER AND TOY COMPANY SA" with the distinctive title “AS COMPANY S.A.” with Commercial Registry Number 057546304000, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.1.1.1. of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook (as in force following the 201/15.04.2024 decision of the Athens Stock Exchange Ruling Committee and approved pursuant to the no. 1019/21.05.2024 Capital Market Commission, published in Government Gazette Issue B/3178/05.06.2024), informs the investing public that the ordinary tax audit for fiscal year 2023 has been finalized by the Certified Auditors, pursuant to Article 78 of the Tax Procedure Law (L.5104/2024), and as a result a tax certificate was issued without reservation.
