The Société Anonyme under the trade name FLEXOPACK SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS COMPANY hereinafter (the Company) in application of the provisions of paragraph 4.1.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook (as in force  following  the last amendment of the Rules pursuant to the decision of the Athens' Stock Exchange Management Committee No. 201/15.04.2024), article 17 par. 1 of the 596/2014 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and of the Decision No. 25 (item 6) of the Athens' Stock Exchange Management Committee, notifies the investors that pursuant to the completion of the special tax audit for fiscal year 2023 conducted by the lawful auditors of the Company pursuant to the provisions of article 65A Law 4174/2013, as currently in force, a tax certificate has been issued for the Company with conclusion without reservation.
