ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE TRADE OF BOND

MLS  Innovation Inc. . announces  that on Thursday 14.09.2017  the trade of a total 6.000.000 common registered titles each worth eur 1,0 issued via private placement will begin in the Fixed Income Alternative Market of the ASE  .The above occurred in compliance with  the 12.07.2017, 27.07.2017 and 10.08.2017 Board of Directors decisions and the relevant prevailing laws.

 

The Steering Commitee  of the ASE on Tuesday 12.09.2017 approved the trading of the bond   in the Fixed Income Alternative Market of the ASE  with issue date 31.08.2017.

 

The starting price of the trading of the bond will be the 100% of the nominal value of each bond   eur  1,0.

 

The Information Document for the Corporate Bond   issue   is available at the website of the company (www.mls.gr) and the website of ASE (www.helex.gr) .
